Director General Operations
Felix Myers is a Sophomore at Yale studying Political Science with a certificate in Education Studies. From Sitka, Alaska, Felix has lived in five different countries and has been competing in MUN and various speech competitions since middle school. He is a member of MUNTY and serves as the team’s Treasurer. He has received Outstanding awards at HNMUN and CHOMUN, and has chaired YMUN, one of the world's largest high school MUN tournaments. This will be Felix’s first Director General Role, and he is excited to organize a world-class experience for all delegates of all experience levels.
Outside of Model UN, Felix is also a member and Social Chair of the Yale Debate Association, where he regularly judges and competes, often sparking debate over which activity he enjoys more. He also volunteers in New Haven public schools, providing after-school care and physical education for students of all backgrounds. In the summer, Felix has spent time in conservation working at the Alaska Raptor Rehabilitation Center and as a camp counselor for students on his island home.
In his free time, Felix can be found obsessing over education policy, in the gym, watching movies off the IMDb top 500 list, or getting his heart broken by Seattle sports teams. Excited to meet everyone!
